When does a company need its own web application?
The company runs on spreadsheets that only one person understands, and dreads that person's vacation.
You type the same data by hand into three systems that don't talk to each other.
Off-the-shelf software does 80% of what you need, and you work around the rest manually.
You have an idea for a SaaS product but no team to build and maintain it.
An app written years ago slows down with every new customer and nobody wants to touch it.
The data is sensitive and cannot go to an external cloud.
The web applications we create
A few examples from projects we run.
Internal panels and systems
A production panel for a print shop with PDF generation, printer support and shipping via InPost and DPD. A helpdesk that has handled over 63,000 tickets.
Parking with Dahua cameras
Cameras read licence plates, and the system checks the reservation and the whitelist before opening the barrier. Staff see a photo of every entry and the system's decision in the panel. Cameras from other manufacturers and external systems connect through adapters and an API.
New products from a phone to Subiekt and the shop
An employee at the goods scans the EAN code and takes photos. The app pulls data from Subiekt, removes the background and prepares an AI-written description, and the product goes to the shop and back to Subiekt. It works on a phone like an app (PWA).
SaaS products
Subscription apps with customer accounts, billing and multiple companies on one instance. Our own products are built this way.
Integrations and automation
We connect the app to e-commerce, Allegro (Poland's largest marketplace), BaseLinker, ERP and CRM. Automatic matching of bank transfers to orders freed up one full-time position at B2Wed.
AI in the app
Document search, text recognition from scans, chats based on company knowledge. Locally run models for sensitive data.
AI automation →Monitoring and market data
Tools that track competitor prices and marketplace listings, then suggest price changes or make them automatically.
Taking over and developing an existing app
Code review, tests where they are missing, dependency updates and a plan for developing the app without rewriting everything from scratch.
We build and maintain SaaS ourselves
That is how we know what matters in an app after a year of use, not just on launch day.
ASAPChat
AI chat for online shops. Handles a website widget, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Allegro and email. Laravel, Octane, Typesense, Redis.
asapchat.io →asapbase
Orders from multiple shops and marketplaces in one panel. A multi-tenant Laravel app with live data refresh.
asapbase.com →SamorzadAI
An AI assistant for local government offices: it answers residents, digitises documents and helps officials.
How a web application gets built
Applications that changed how our clients work
How much does a web application cost?
The price depends mainly on: the number of features and user roles, integrations with other systems, security and data storage requirements, and whether we design the interface from scratch.
Not sure yet what exactly you need? Start with an MVP, meaning a first version with what matters most. After a conversation, we send a proposal with the scope, stack and quote within 1–2 business days.
A web application alongside your ERP and other systems
We do not replace what works for you. We build an application that adds the missing function next to your current systems and does not disrupt day-to-day work.
