What most often holds back sales in an online shop?
The shop takes several seconds to load, and customers abandon the cart before they see the summary.
You retype orders, stock levels and invoices by hand between the shop, Allegro (Poland's largest marketplace) and the warehouse.
The previous agency disappeared and nobody knows what is in the code and plugins.
You change the shop by gut feeling, with no tests and no data on whether anything helped.
Support keeps answering the same questions: where is my parcel, how do I make a return.
You dread updates because the last one broke something in the cart.
WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify?
We do not push a single platform. We match it to the scale of the shop, the integrations and how you want to grow it.
WooCommerce
Our clients' most common choice. Full control over code and server, no sales commission, and good connections to Polish systems: couriers, payments, Subiekt.
PrestaShop
We extend and speed up existing shops and write custom modules. We also advise on when upgrading to a new version pays off and when it is better to refresh the shop on the current one.
Shopify
Convenient to start with. On Shopify shops we ran A/B tests of two templates at once and automated handling of personalized orders together with print shops.
Building online shops and what comes after
Launching the shop is only the beginning. Most sales come from what happens afterwards.
Design and implementation
A theme built for your brand or a polished ready-made one. Payments (Przelewy24, Google Pay, Apple Pay, instalments), couriers (InPost, DPD, GLS, FedEx, Orlen Paczka), the Omnibus Directive and moving products over from the old shop.
Integrations
BaseLinker, Allegro, Subiekt and other ERP systems, product feeds for Google and Facebook. When a ready-made plugin is not enough, we write an API integration.
Shop speed
We start with measurements, not with installing another plugin. The usual culprits are a cache that silently stopped working, heavy database queries or oversized images.
A/B tests and conversion
Server-side tests, with no page flicker. At Z-miłości.pl conversion rose by 2% on average, and the "From the same collection" section brought 25% more clicks on recommendations.
Back-office automation
Courier labels for all carriers at once, a picking list with warehouse locations, print files generated automatically. In one shop, picking became 40% faster.
Customer service with AI
Questions about order status, returns and availability can be handled by ASAPChat, our AI chat connected to order data. It works with Allegro too.
AI chat for your shop →What does an online shop implementation look like?
Five steps, no surprises at the end.
Our clients' results
Numbers from projects we documented together with our clients.
How much does an online shop cost?
We do not quote a made-up price list, because a shop with twenty products and a shop integrated with Allegro, a warehouse and Subiekt are completely different projects. The price depends mainly on:
- the platform and whether we design the theme from scratch or polish a ready-made one,
- the number of products, variants and attributes,
- integrations: BaseLinker, Allegro, ERP, couriers, payments, feeds,
- moving data and URLs from the old shop,
- custom features, e.g. a product configurator or B2B sales.
After a conversation we send a proposal with scope, timeline and price within 1–2 business days. Already have a shop? Start with a review and we will show you what to fix first.
Growing an online shop without replacing your systems
Already have a shop, an ERP and your own IT? We do not rebuild them. We add what is missing and adapt to what works.
